Strangely, even as an existing customer, sometimes one works where others don't, and vice-versa. I just work my way through the list, in order of which give me the most reward depending on my order size - have yet to place an order where I didn't get anything off at all ;-)

Many thanks to OP. Been messing around for ages trying to find fridge freezer. Got a Servis frost-free for £299 used one xx and one zg code and got it for £246. Saved enough to buy some wine to go on the wine rack!!

Placed an order last night and 2 codes accepted, but no email and no order in 'where's my order?' Anyone out there know what I should do? Thanx.

Either sit tight for a couple of days or give them a call, i ordered this afternoon and had my confirmation email and can go in and see order accepted and when i ordered they gave me the 22nd as delivery, can you remember when delivery was supposed to be?

That happened to me last week, I ordered again just using one code and had an email straight away. Maybe they have updated their system now as I have previously used 2 codes together before Christmas with no problem.

Phone number from bottom of email is 0845 757 3457 open 8-8pm and yes i used 2 codes, one has came off automatically and not sure if the other will be credited back onto my card

hello, i have tried to use this code, but when i did it on line i cant see where you have to enter the discount code, please can some one help, also can someone pm me on how and which 2 codes to use, i was going to simply use the 10.00 off and free p and p.

There should be a box at the bottom of the 'checkout' screen for you to enter the code - its the first pages you get when you view your basket.
