Has anyone heard if Royal London are having problems?
They were due to pay out on a matured fund 2 weeks before christmas but delayed payment until this week in January. It has been delayed again, and they now promise to wire the funds.
I am starting to wonder if this is an indication of them sruggling to release the funds??? Or just admin errors?

No indication of them struggling. A lot of Royal London business is legacy and industrial branch rather than current or ordinary branch. The admin on these legacy plans is often awful. A lot of it is still manual or relies on data that is manually input from handwritten recordsI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
