Free photo editing?

Does anyone know what the best site is to use for image editing?

It needs to be suitable for teenagers and free!

I know some people who use picnik and photoshop, but it looks like you have to pay for them.

I too would endorse picasa. It is my guess that maybe you/they have had little or no experience in photo editing so therefore it might make sense to begin with something that some might say is basic. Once familiar with basic changes, ie cropping/lightening/colour/red eye etc, you can then proceed with things more technical which can be found in other suites.

You can use Photoshop online for free, its actually pretty easy and can do a fair bit.

Thank you for all your helpful comments. Cloe is my DD and when she was asking me "can I download this, can I download that?" I told her the techie forums on here would help.

She is out and about at the moment but she will catch up with this thread later when she's home and we can look at each option to see if they do what she wants.

She basically wants to turn some of her pictures she's loaded on BEBO into funkier versions!
