    Wouldn't you tell them that damage caused by a storm is not recoverable?

    Storm damage can be claimed, however, in this case, we would advise the insurance company there was potential to treat it is a third party claim too.
    My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.
