Avira Antivir ?? Help Please.

After help from previous post yesterday ( worms) i have now installed Avira Antivir.
I plugged in my memory stick and it came up with threat detected ( Worm....)
It them gives options & i am on `Deny Access`
Does this mean that the antivirus will then allow me to open files stored on stick and it will block any worm/virus getting in OR is it not that easy ?

Yes it does but just darent press anything.
By the way i did what you said by holding down shift key & both scans came out clean.

Tick the delete box and then press ok or move to quarantine.

Yes it doesnt show up now so i can safely use the stick now ?

My son is a music producer/ DJ in London and has done me part of his new single as a ringtone.
