There are a lot of threads on here about how badly disabled people are treated, but I thought maybe it'd be good to share the good stuff too, to give people a lift.
I'll go first.
The attitude to ME has definitely changed over the 12 years I've had it. Nowadays you tell people you can't do x because of it and they understand and are fine about it. I also know a few people who automatically offer me lifts even just for a short distance because they understand I struggle, and if it's a three door car let me in the front because it's easier for me.

I had a lovely elderly lady offer to carry my basket in WHS as l about 25yrs younger dragged my self along!There are nice and caring people around-unfortunatly a bad experience will take front row for people and be the only one they recall whichb is sad.:j this money saving is such fun:T0
