lloyds took money out

hi this morning i checked my lloydstsb current account, and found that lloydstsb credit card company have taken £242 out of my joint account leaving me with nothing in the bank,
i wrote to them last oct08 requesting my cca
in dec 08 i received a copy of a new agreement which was not signed with the new late fees charges on £12 my old statements were charged at £20 before 2006
i wrote to them again in dec2008 with a letter putting the account in dispute till i receive a signed copy of my agreement,
while my account is in dispute are they allowed to take money from our joint account,
also my wife has a seprate account in the same bank will they be able to take money out of her account ,the credit card is in my name
any advice please

I bank with Lloyds and they did this to me. I did, however, find the credit card people helpful and easy to deal with when I spoke to them to sort it outSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
