NatWest - I need another way

NatWest have tried my patience once too often, this time taking eight weeks to send an urgent money transfer to a supplier in Pakistan, hence I missed my Christmas sales. I need a business account, personal account and deposit account, all on line. I am self employed and usually keep around £5000 floating. If there were a cheap dollar account too, that might be useful. Any thoughts please?
Also please can someone give me the name and address of CEO or FD of NatWest as the customer service department is a joke. They have offered £100 compensation and told me thats what the 'independent' Ombudsman will offer! They now want me to wait again while they prepare there final offer letter.
By the way I have banked with them for over 30 years

Arrange a meeting with you branch retail manager or simualar...
make a meeting plan bringing up point by point your complaints
this will force them into making an investigation into the complaints
you then have to follow the complaints escalation procedure.
Unless you are contesting a legal matter then you take action against them in court.
writing to the ceo means that your letter will be forwarded to a depatment where you will get a T&Cs responce, circling you about on the way they have treated you was fare, expect there comback to be very vauge.0 -
