On my old comp I had a programme for filling in forms where I would trpe the first couple of lines of the bit I was going to fill in and it would guess the rest and you could scroll down to it. I do loads on online comps so this would come in very useful only I cant remember the programme now. It definately wasnt Gator though. Anyone know of a good free way of doing this?

Roboform might be the one you were thinking of.

It wasn't the built-in one into IE that remembers the values you enter in similar boxes and then it appears with a list of possible entries for the box you are typing in??? I haven't used it for a while and haven't seen it either (don't know why) but I know the feature is there (or used to be there anyway ) If it was then IE should start remembering them as you fill out more forms. 0 ) If it was then IE should start remembering them as you fill out more forms. 0

If you are using Firefox, there is an adapter now to allow it to work in virtually any other browser.

I knew I had seen it somewhere - when I reinstalled the PC and all the settings wiped out I ran IE and it asked me if I wanted to use AutoComplete, of course I clicked No thinking I wouldn't need it but I was wrongintel wrote:Tools, Internet Options, Content, Auto Complete. .
