Hmmmm. For the better or the worse?

I'd imagine it will be better for ebay ;)

I've listed lots of things today, stuff that's been lying round in my ebay box for ages. Feeling v pleased with myself...
  • me too! it's exhausting. think i'll stop for tonight and do some more tomorrow.
Got some items ending tomorrow so am hoping it'll kick start the march total.

Hi all.....its been a weird week, items I thought would sell didn't even get a bid,and items I thought were okay, did really well.So after fees I managed to make £340.00,still not bad.....it keeps me well on track to my target.

Remember though, you have to list in the first instance,to be able to sell anything ! This might seem like a crazy statement, but I've done it myself,I've had every intention to list loads of items ,and after a FULL day of doing this, have only listed two or three. The reason for this is distraction, either the tv has been on,or usually I see something whilst I'm searching and get side-tracked.

    So to narrow it down:

    1. Get items to list together.

2.Make listing time available, and only list in this time, dont get side tracked.

    3.Enjoy the rewards !!!!

Hope this helps even one person.

    See you all soon.;)

From 12th March 2009, there's no Insertion Fee if you’re a private seller and you list your item in the auction-style format with a starting price of up to 99p (eBay.co.uk) or €1.49 (eBay.ie). Final Value Fee rates are also changing.
Fees for business-registered sellers using the auction-style format will be unchanged.

Not a free listing day but closest thing to it that I've seen in a while

No use to me, as I will only now start any item at £4.99,I would rather get a winning bid at £4.99 on one item, than 5 at 99p (£4.95).For me personally my profits have gone up with using this technique.

Its exactly the same when I do a car boot sale,I can't be doing 5 and 10p's,and you wonder why sellers moan that they have taken next to nothing.Aim higher than other people and 9 times out of 10 you'll get more.

Not having much luck on ebay recently so I've been preparing for a car boot sale. Only done one before and that was in the rain!

Plan to do it over the next couple of weeks so nudge me if I haven't posted that I've done it :)
    :D nudge nudge :D

So tell me, why is it that someone has bid £5.03 for my £5 amazon voucher? Don't you have to be slightly nutty to do that??
