Just appealed my parking fine

Eyup! This is my first post, whoop whoop!
I've just been loading outside work on a Saturday afternoon and had a Penalty Charge Notice slapped on my windscreen. Immediatly, I didn't contend with the actual Officer and just asked if I could appeal the issued ticket, which she explained very nicely.
Thankfully, I did a bit of law in college and now it comes in handy. Where I was unloading there is only a single yellow line which restricts parking ONLY and there are no signs along the length and breadth of the street which apply to Loading or Unloading restrictions.
Think I've got quite good chances here?

Welcome to MSE :hello:
It would help if you could scan and upload the PCN (see guidelines in the sticky thread) and in the meantime mention which council issued it, as their PCN/paperwork sometimes fails to comply. That can be added to an appeal to add more weight

Ah; I can't upload it, don't have a scanner unfortunately.
It was issued by Tameside Council in Denton, Manchester and the
PCN number is TM0122855A which applies to Parking or Loading/Unloading in a restricted zone... even though it's not a restricted Loading or Unloading zone.

Try thinking outside the box?
No advice can be given without anything at all to work with?

If you have a digital camera you could take a picture of it and upload thatIt's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0

From one seen beginning of last month Tameside PCNs are substantially compliant.
If you are happy that you have a signage issue then go ahead but can't comment without pics of the location.0
