 I have experienced probs with Lloyds TSB CC 0% on bal xfers since October .
I have terms and cond advising I have 0% interest for 9mths but have been charged interest since October !!
I have called each month to sort out the interest and also to amend the date my payments are due . Each month I have been advised the problem has been rectified but my Dec and Jan statement both have late payment charges and also i have been reffered to collections dept !!!! Even though I have made more than the minimum payment each month by the date advised after I have called to amend payment due date ?
Can someone please advise where I stand with regards to my credit rating being affected as I have been assured AGAIN today that all charges have been credited .
But I am concerned that my credit rating has just been affected by their lack of customer service is there anything they can do as a company to rectify this or is it too late ???
