Sharing PDA calendars

KG
KG Posts: 333 Forumite
Mr KG and I both have Tungsten E PDA's which we each sync with our home pcs and work pcs.

What we'd really like to do is share the calendars on these so that we can see what each other is up to (to plan going out etc, nothing sinister!).

We're trying to find a way of doing this that would allow, for instance, my appointments show as 'busy' time in my calendar, but just show his appointments for reference - i.e. not actual commitments for me. (and vice versa - clear as mud?)

Otherwise his appointments will appear on my calendar as though I were attending them and my colleagues would have difficulty figuring out my availability.

We don't know if this is possible either within Palm software, or using a third party such as Yahoo group calendars.

Any ideas?
