This is beyond a joke. I rang up about 20-30 minutes ago & they said the website would hopefully be back on at 6ish and never mentioned there would be no sale to me :mad: :mad: :mad:

I think Boots have done quite well out of this fiasco, almost everything is sold out due to the hysteria created because of the website crash

day 1 - website crashed so stores solded out
today - everyone has 1 week to debate about buying more stuff that they didn't get in store, anyone who placed an order probably ordered more than they would have due to the panic of website being unreliable

result - no need to go to 90% off this year as there's nothing left

I think if they had a statement on the website explaining their situation then it would have helped avoid confusion. I did suggest to them that they should just put a notice up on the website and just tell everyone the situation one way or the other sale or no sale- they said thats what they are doing

I asked why and they said because of the problems they are having today, didnt ask if it would be back for 90% sale though

I'm pretty sure I saw another poster here say yesterday that the 342 on No7 ends next Tuesday, and the total spend for the new pink GWP will be £18.
