If they were in stock when you placed your order then they are allocated to you. Out of stock by them means they are NOW out of stock, ie after your order.

Started in the early hours as far as i know. Boys were up at 5am ish but didnt think to check as like you said wasnt pre advetised, have been lucky enough to catch a quiet period and place my order.
