Would it be possible to combine the No 7 Mineral foundation (complete with its GWP) and something else to bring it over £18 - Perhaps a mineral Blusher + GWP and get the NEW GWP also? Now that's what I call wishful thinking.

Now what about using a blinkie as well????

I managed to get mine last night with the 3 for 2, a blinkie and 250 pts earning another blinkie in the process :j Only £8.70 for wipes, eyeliner and eye make up remover. They dont do the mineral foundation in my tiny local and Ive already stocked up with 2 (1 to look at, 1 to use) and 2 mineral blushers (again, 1 to look at, 1 to use!) and im trying not to buy make up as Ive got way too much and seem to be mega stockpiling at the moment so thought wipes etc would be more useful. I think the minerals gwp will finish next week, they dont normally have two overlapping do they?
My OH does think Ive completely lost the plot by taking pics of boots things to show you all by the way :D

Thanks to the kind Bootsers who have answered my question :T

Spent ages catching up on this thread. I'm so blooming addicted I brought another item I didn't need just because it was a good price and I paid with points yesterday. :o Oh and I was back in again today (at a diffferent branch).

Like others I've only really seen cards, wrapping paper and the od box of crackers so the 90% sale won't be so exciting.  :rotfl:

I think you have to take some tips from SandraScarlet and butter the SA up a bit :rotfl:
also smile sweetly and ask the SA to 'just try scanning it 'cos it worked for one of your 'friends' ;)
hope you have better luck next time - a lot of this bootsing seems to be down to how the SA is feeling at the time.

someone posted about strange payments coming from their account after the boots sale (that never happened) after having 3 orders cancelled on me even though one was full price on friday just rung my bank to see where my money had gone (i knew i hadn't spent that much) and they said £1 went to some labour union membership then 2 days later they took nearly £60! I am so not happy this is the second time my card has been misused in 6 months!

Oh no, that's scary! Can your bank do anything to help you or refund you? I'm nervous as I used a debit card! I checked today and no odd withdrawals ... yet.

The new No 7 GWP bag looks absolutely gorgeous...just the kind of thing that my hand care charity bits could be presented in...just imagine that, Olay handcream, no 7 buffer kit, cuticle cream (both thanks to sandra scarlett thank you), No 7 moisture gloves (in the post to me at the moment), No 7 nailvarnishes and a Tesco finest handwash in that gorgeous bag....I'll find it hard to give them away! Does anybody who is thinking of getting the GWP think they're going to love the contents and hate the bag....?:D

YEY new GWP i cant wait. I love changeover day.

Isnt that also when the new eye quad and lip tint is out too?

I think the bag is a bit girlie looking but i MUST have one.

I am currently trying to catch up on the last 3 days of this thread, so bear with me.

RE: CARDS & FRAUD, i only use my card on .com and since i have placed orders with boots i have had to have my card verified in store for food shopping etc 11 times over the last 4 days. When i was in paris my card was refused at the cash point so i rang my bank who told me that there was a fraud marker on my card relating to a website i had recently used (remember i have only used boots.com for online payments) they wouldnt tell me the site all they said what that there was a marker placed on my card as i have used a site that is notorious for phising (sp) but i had to go through loads of security questions to have the fraud marker removed. It almost ruined my trip in paris. So i shall be a lo more careful with what i buy on line and when using .com i shall now go through paypal.

I saw that bag the other day!!! It was on the No7 counter at Fort Kinnaird on Monday night, just sitting there by the till. I was buying some of the 3-4-2 with a blinkie and on the scrounge for another go at the lucky dip box so I just ignored it, because I thought it was a normal cosmetic bag that had been left and not tidied away yet.

It's a very pretty bag, have to say. Much nicer than the last two GWP bags. Shame the contents are basically the same old stuff, more or less.
    Val.
  • Have just been browsing at the boots sale stuff on e bay and isn't there a comprehensive selection !!!
I found the person who has taken apart the s and g pink pamper set to sell as individual items including the box!!! at the moment of all the items the box has the highest bids at £2.20 plus £3 postage.

Am off my recycling bin what do you think I would get for a huge empty but beautifully brown boots .com box, with as a bonus a free 65 feet length of brown scrunched up paper think I will start if at £4 plus £3 postage - a bargain
  • Found 2 of the No7 ladies gwp (the gold bag) in my local Alliance pharmacy today, they were priced at £6.50 each.:)
The SA said if I tried to use a blinkie, they would not go through the till.
I asked her to give it a try as a friend had told me she had already bought some and used the voucher.
It worked and the till said yes. The SA was amazed and said she would get a couple for herself.
I picked up 2x No7 gwp's and 1 No7 lip liner, the No7 items were on 3 4 2, used one blinkey to get £5 off, so paid £8.00 for all 3 items.

    The Gold clam bag contains:
    No7 lash 360 mascara, black
    No7 liplicious, marshmallow
    No7 P&P serum
    No7 P&P day cream
    No7 mini eyeshadow, true gold
    No7 mini eyeliner, jewel
    No7 full size nail varnish

Inside the bag is an extra 250 points wyb any No7 ( valid till 27/01 ) and I have 2 blinkies left to use these with.:j

The 360 lash mascara gives you a really nice wide eyed look, (as if you have used eye lash curlers!).:)
