Which of these 2 Printers Should I Go For?

I've been offered a free printer/scanner by a freind and just wondered if it is better than my current one. I currently have a Dell 922 All In One. I've been offered this Canon MP390 and just wondered whether people think I should take the Canon printer.

Dell 's are re badged Lexmarks, so you really ought to get rid of it before it empties your bank account. That just leaves the Canon then. Do you want to print everything in (spot) colour, most goes in the bin get an all in one mono laser but they don't come free.0
