I bought the Zyliss Multipeeler and tried it on a soft mango - it's great. I could peel it thinly & easily (but slowly) - much less waste than using a knife.
I agree that it is slow to use for veg, but I prefer to scrub them and cook them in their skins. Also the supplied batteries are Duracell AA x 4 with an expiry date of 2015!:j

Thanks for this - have ordered the Nigella pad and pencil sets. Just be careful though, the default option seems to be via 'Bliss' marketplace seller, which has them in stock but charges £5 postage. You have to click on the right hand side under 'alternative sellers' to get to the Amazon one with free delivery in 2-4 weeks.

I've just ordered the Russell Hobbs blender, delivery also 2-4 weeks so I'm hoping it will come. Last year I ordered something which had been reduced and had a longer delivery date. Eventually (after a couple of months) they cancelled it!
