Lloyds TSB Mastercard Balance Transfer

I am sure I recieved a letter earlier this month offering a 0% balance transfer to my Lloyds TSB Mastercard. Just rung the 0870 number to be told that I need the referance number on the letter! Which I think went through my shredder!
