Don't do it! Last time I ironed anything was September 1997 when I did my ex-husband's work shirts for the last time before I escaped. I actually couldn't afford an iron when I moved out (or anything else for that matter!) and soon discovered that if I dried stuff flat enough or on hangers that they didn't need ironing anyway. Any small crinkles drop out anyway after wearing something for an hour or so. Saved me loads of time over the years

I hate ironing too. I have a pile upstairs that needs doing, but I keep putting it off. Worst thing is OH's shirts for work, they have to be done 'properly'. As for the rest, I just chuck the iron over them, and done.
I had a subway today, yum. Now I'm cooking a roast. Lots of veggies, but also roast potatoes and parsnips. Oh well :rotfl:0 -
ive just spent the last 2 hours ironing...god I hate it but its all done, washing in the machine and the basket is empty
