I am looking at the CD website, I am so tempted. Sigh. I am going to bed to listen to PM. I cleared my plate twice today - not too unhealthy foods but nonetheless it shows that not listening for a few days undoes everything. There is just something holding me back from the CD though. SIIIIIIIGH.
