hi there, im having some issues with my laptop insurer, pc world. my laptop was damaged and deemed unrepairable by pc world due to the fact i left in on the roof of my car. a daft mistake, but a mistake nonetheless. now they have essentially accused me of damaging the laptop on purpose and are refusing to pay out. has anyone else had problems like this and what is the best method of resolving it! arghhhhh!!! any help would be great!
