a quick tip on damp to find if it is condensation or seepage, selloptape some foil to the wall make sure it is sealed around the edge leave it for a week if it is damp on the outside then it is condensation, if it is damp on the inside then it is seepage if it is damp on both sides then its time to moveMoney's too tight to mention!!!0
