AVG to scan MSN download file

Can anybody tell me the "path" to put into MSn so that AVG scans any files downloaded? Using Windows Vista Home Prem and AVG 8. I have the pathway setup on my other laptop running XP with AVG8, but the path entered (and working) there doesnt appear to apply with the file structure when I try to browse to it.
Thanks

AVG should auto scan anything downloaded anyway in the background. I recommend using Avira AntiVir as AVG is not that good anymore(bloatware and causing problems) http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/
I think it will be along the lines of C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Free\avgw.exe0 -
Buy a decent AV programme and it scans MSN messages and downloads.
To thomas01155, it doesn't scan malware in messages....Conor
