Data protection cost for multiple requests of data?

Hi All,
I would like to know if I want to claim data of both my credit card charges and bank charges (with the same bank) whether I have two send two letters and two cheques or whether I contain the request for both within the same letter (and £10 cheque).
If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful.
