Help with Worms !!!!!!!!!!! Virus ????

I am not very clued up on pc`s but would like some help please re worms....
I have a memory stick containing photos, documents etc and the other day my son put a small ring tone tune on it for me to load onto my mobile from my home pc.
When i plugged in the stick today it came up with virus threat !! ( AVG installed) worm / Generic CXE. and i dare`nt do anything now so just took stick out of pc without opening etc.
Was fine before tune went on.
Advice please, as i dont know what to do or NOT do.

Please download Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Install, update, run a quick scan and remove everything it finds then post the logfile back here.

You may also want to recommend your son to run the scan with his antivirus and Malwarebytes.

Please download hijackthis http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/ install and press "Do a system scan and save a logfile" then post the contents of the logfile back here. Was there only one instance of each thing found most probably just left overs if there where.

Did you press Do a system save and SAVE a logfile? If you didn't you can press save log in the bottom left coner it will then open the logfile in notepad after you save it. Click anywhere on the text in the logfile and press ctrl+a to highlight all the text then copy and paste it all here. ^.^

A new services pack is available for you computer please go to start>all programs>windows update and install all available updates.
You also have AVG 7 installed i would recommend uninstalling it and installing Avira AntiVir http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/

Your java is out of date, the newer version fixes many exploits.
Download and install this.

Then download and run javara to remove all the old versions.

Cant see anything virus like on either log.
