Just found this Mail on Sunday article:

I have been in contact with the company who designed the Top-Star website. I am pretty sure that they will pull down the website within a few days!
I think it helped that the person I spoke to at the website design company was born on a street about 300 yards from where I was born and used to shop in my relative's bakery shop!0 -
i come across this ad : http://www.topstarmailshare.co.uk/home-workers.html
i want to earn extra money at home at weekends and thought this would be great - but they ask for £30 to receive the goods to get working? is this a scam? has anyone ever done this? i think maybe they ask for money to know that you are not a time waster like they say?
any help on this would be great!
put it this way, we get packs prepared by a company in Liverpool, with roughly the same amount of info in and we pay the 11p per pack. so i can't see this firm being able to pay you £1.10 to do it.

Ibrahim Shevket, who runs Top-Star Mail Share is an undischarged bankrupt:

This is what TopStar MailShare charges:
http://216.239.59.132/search?q=cache:YFbxA5csV9UJ:www.topstarmailshare.co.uk/business_form.doc+site:www.topstarmailshare.co.uk+prices&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2&gl=uk
From this you can see that TopStar supposedly pay their workers around twice as much per letter than they charge their customers for printing and distribution. Once Top Star have paid the people to address envelopes they then have to pay postage, paper, envelopes and the delivery of the paper/envelopes to their workers as well!0 -
Within the past five minutes the hosting company has ceased the TopStar Mailshare website!0
