i need to have a rant about vodafone

This is a complaint,about the way Vodafone treat exsiting customers compared so new customers. I called today to pre order the new nokia,after recieving an email, saying i could do this. The first rep said it was nothing to do with customers and ti hang up and call the number on the emails, after doing this and being put BACK to customer service 2nd rep told me i could not do this unti 26th feb as my contract was not eleable for upgrade then, and there is no way of earlu uopgrade.Not even for a customer for more than 3 years, with 2 contracts, who sepnds on avaerage 100 each month. i cannaot get his phone untill my upgrade date, to which then it will more likily be out of stock for all the NEW customers who pre orderd 2day. I find this disgraceful, that vodafone will on no end even try and see if there is a way, customers shoudl feel important adn eveyrthing done to help them, i was not asking for alot just a month early of an upgrade than the usual time. Since teh service i have recieved, i feel unfair, and un notgatable, i shall not be ugrading, adn as soon as possible woll be leaving vidafone, with both contracts when possible, adn moving to orange who i can get this phone from for 20 pounds a month unlimted text and 700 mins. I no i have to splell check bla bla before i send it but am so annyed!!
