Are Texaco normally ridiculously expensive?
I was driving today and I saw a Texaco quoting unleaded as 89.9p p/l. I thought that was a bit expensive compared to other stations I'd seen and literally 5 mins down the road the Shell was at 83.9p p/l. I know they are allowed to sell at whatever price they want but that price difference is quite significant especially within a couple of miles of eachother.

We have a texaco literally 50 yards from an Esso - it is always 2p a litre more expensive yet people still use it - cant understand it myself0

You don't live in north Leeds do you?
The Texaco near me is always a lot more than the Esso up the road and the Shell down the road.
ASDA for me tomorrow though!I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
& Choo Choo for trains!!0 -
Same here, usually 2p or so more than an ESSO just round the corner yet always has vehicles at the pumps. I wonder whether it's because of fleet management schemes such as these:
