The new DLA forms are easier than the ones used in the 1990s when I was a CAB advice worker. These needed a minimum of a 2 hour interview to fill in correctly. Incidentally, the medical questionaire forms for the incap replacement Employment Support Allowance are worse than the old DLA forms, and will cause much head scratching for anyone needing to fill them in.0
