Hi all,
Contacted HSBC yesterday to order credit card statements on a closed account as the first step to reclaiming late payment charges. Told that they'll be with me in ten days - no mention of any charge! Result.
My question is that, Does anyone have any experience of reclaiming credit card charges from HSBC, and do you have any specific advice?

I have recently recieved a cheque from HSBC for a credit card account that has been closed for the last couple of years - I was charged 4 lots of £20 over a 2 year period about 4 years ago and have claimed this back with interest. I only had to send the 1 letter and they settled after about 2 months in full about £160.0
