Jamief, did you go through Rightmove or GSPC (ie solicitor)? I'm swithering. Haven't moved house in 20 years so a bit out of touch. Have you been given a quote for conveyancing?0

I got a good deal on conveyancing through Conveyancing Direct which is in Glasgow - will look for contact details when I get home.
I think rightmove is the one everyone seems to look at first0 -
Thanks. Maybe we can all support each other through this difficult time! Most people this I'm daft for putting a house up for sale at the moment but it seems a good time to me to buyer a bigger house at a cheaper price.0

TSPC here (or rather a company called movemachine who handle the HIP).
We don't pay conveyancing or EA fees as my fiancee is a solicitor. I think (not sure on this) you'd be around £600 for conveyancing though.0
