    hello everyone

again a huge thanks for your posts , somehow they are getting me through this week

i finally now understand the dilemma of the gifted deposit many thanks for the that fine explanation, ive tried to tick a thanks to all who have posted incase i forget to thank in the message by accident..

well it gets even more curious, as now the gifted deposit was im being told signed over with the equity from her sold house to buy the new build only in her hubbys name, and she signed over any claims to any equity she transferred over to the new build

thus there is now an element of concern over the gifted deposit by the mortgage companies and also ive found out next week, is eviction date rather than court attendance, as the mortgage company went to court early this month to obtain an eviction order - so in a sence i fell for even more white lies,,,

i am in daily contact with her as i feel i need to know at what point this is going, so i can make my own decisions,

the family may get evicted even though she is trying to get a mortgage and valuers are assessing the home this week and next week, i think its too close a call, they have already been to court from where ive been involved in at least 3 times before now, i cant see how the judge is going to give them a chance again, as no funds are availabel to pay the 5000 arrears

also 2 charging orders sitting on the sale of the property too,

this gets even more worse the more i get to know

thanks to all - i m going to have a go on that lotto tomorrow night, maybe it might just be my lucky night and then i can pay all your debts off from all your kindess and support you all have given me this week - Thank you.

    good night

come back tomorrow with a clearer head

    take care cheers maz x
