What’s Barclays Ticket Office about?
Barclays is giving away a free pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets every 90 minutes, everyday, throughout the 2008/09 Barclays Premier League season.
Who can enter Barclays Ticket Office?
Entry is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man who are 16 years or older at time of entry.
What can I win?
A pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets for your chosen club. Travel to and from the match, expenses and accommodation are not included.
How do I enter for my chance to WIN a pair of tickets?
Just follow these three easy steps:

1. Get hold of a 10 digit code - the best way is by requesting a receipt from any Barclays ATM in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, but from time to time we will be giving away codes through selected Barclays Ticket Office promotional activities.
2. Check the back of the ATM receipt to find a unique ten–digit code, or look on other selected Barclays Ticket promotional items where the code will be somewhere easy to find.
3. Text the code followed by the initials of your chosen Barclays Premier League club to 68887 (00 44 7786 200033 for Channel Islands and Isle of Man) or enter these details here on this site.

Can I enter Barclays Ticket Office more than once?
You can enter as many times as you want during the season. However, each code is valid for only one entry and you can only win once in any 24–hour period.
When does Barclays Ticket Office start?
It kicks off at 12.45pm on Saturday 16th August 2008 and ends at 5.45pm on Sunday 24th May 2009. Entries received before the launch of Barclays Ticket Office or received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Where will I find the terms and conditions?

How much will my text entry cost?
Texts are charged at your standard network rate. However, if you’re entering from the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man then your mobile network operator may charge an international tariff for text messages.
There’s no code on the reverse of my receipt or on my promotional item. What should I do?
Please call the helpline number (0871 663 5029) and give them details of which ATM you used, or the unique code displayed on your promotional item. The helpline will issue you with a replacement code.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Depending on how you’ve entered, you’ll be notified by text or you’ll find out instantly online, and we’ll confirm the match details. You’ll need to give us your delivery address and you should receive your tickets approximately seven days before the match.
My code doesn’t work. What should I do?
Try again. All codes are ten digits long and are not case sensitive, so have another go.
I don’t support a Barclays Premier League team, can I enter for another team?
Tickets are only available for Barclays Premier League teams.
I haven’t won any tickets but have been entered into the end of season draw for a pair of season tickets. What’s this?
If you haven’t won we’ll ask for your details so we can enter you into our end of season prize draw to win a pair of 2009/2010 season ticket for your favourite Barclays Premier League club.
A season ticket entitles you and a mate to go to every home Barclays Premier League match in the 2009/10 season.
If I have won, can I buy extra tickets?
Unfortunately not but why not grab yourself another code and try again?
Can I get away end tickets?
No, all our tickets are in the home end, so you must be a home supporter. Away fans won’t be allowed into the home end.
Can I swap the tickets I’ve won for a different game?
We’re unable to swap tickets but please feel free to pass your tickets on to friends and family. Please note though, you cannot exchange the tickets for sums in excess of the face value of the ticket to your friends and family, and other than in these limited circumstances tickets are NOT to be sold – this is a criminal offence.
My tickets haven’t arrived, what should I do?
Tickets will be sent by registered post no later than seven days prior to the match. If you haven’t received them with 7 days to go then please call the helpline number on 0871 663 5029.
I’ve lost my tickets, can I have replacements?
No, sorry, we’re unable to re–issue tickets, so please look after them.
Why has the date of the match changed?
Match dates and times change regularly due to a number of reasons, like European competition clashes. Please see the Barclays Premier League website for all the latest dates and kick off times for the Barclays Premier League.
Can I have my tickets delivered to an overseas address?
Tickets can only be delivered within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
What if I’m disabled?
Disabled access tickets are available. If you’ve won tickets, please notify us on the helpline number that you need disabled tickets access.
I’ve won my tickets at the end of the season – when will I receive them?
Winners in April and May will win tickets to their chosen Barclays Premier League team for the 2009/10 season. We’ll contact you in July 2009 to confirm which match you’ll be attending.
