Hi
Don't know if this will help but i write down everything i still have in house foodwise and make up as many meals for the week as I can and then work out what I need for the rest of the week, i buy the one that is on offer only if i need it and if the shop brand is not gross then I buy that one, i look in the reduced sections and i buy enough bread and milk for the week and freeze it so i can not go to the shop during the week. Also I take the cash I am allowed to spend that week to the shop and if i don't have enough i then put it back ( you get used to the embarresment very quickly but if you blame it on not having any cards on you it makes it easier, clip coupons where you can.
Also what supermarket do you use ???
Good Luck for next week's shopping0
