Local trade VS British gas

Options
Further to research, and have been trying really hard....it seems the government has renewed their contract. British Gas is the managing agent for the warm deal. Numbers have dropped since taking it on in 2006.

I'm entitled, rang the number, but no matter what I said, she insisted it would be referred to Scottish Gas or the council.

Would I be right in assuming that none of the local tradeworkers who can supply draft proofing etc to consumers , can not take enquiries for draft proofing from people who are entitled to grants?

Would the employee ( that does draft proofing for the sash case windows ) have to sign up and become a contractor for Scottish Gas? or is that another tender contract I would have to try and tender for?

http://www.scottish.parliament.uk/s3/committees/lgc/papers-08/lgp08-06.pdf only skim read it, but interesting........last paragraph.......is kinda saying what I'm asking...about....

We could be supplying more draft proofing but local suppliers at present don't get a look in?
bam bam bammy Shore by The Revellers...do do de de do.
