they are driving me mad, we get told to give any info over the phone, i have had 7 phone calls over the last 2 days, asking for letters out of my mothers maiden name, well im not giving it to someone who phones me, anyway have spent 10 minutes trying to get there free phone to ring, so went for an alternative number, on hold for 15 minutes, and now im on hold again, i put money into their internet saver , and have been trying for weeks to get access to it, this is the third time i have sent them my signature, i just dont know what to do,all i want is to give them more money, but am at my wits end with them, should have known better, shopping at tescos in not a pleasant experience ever:mad::mad::mad::mad:
