hello please can someone help me
when bank reclaiming first came out i got [EMAIL="i-sm@art"]i-sm@art[/EMAIL] consumers to help me reclaim my bank charges to me they really didnt no what they were doing as i kept being told different things by different people in their office since they put my claim in i have had very little corrspondence telling me what is going on. they are trying to win me back nearly £6000 in bank charges , since the orginal claim i have had many more bank charges probely at least another £6000 to which i have asked them if they can add this amount to my orginal claim but still i havent heard anything and its been at least a year i dont even think they have asked for my statements from my bank , they have got me to fill in 2 final hardship forms about a year ago and i have heard nothing , what can i do ? can i get someone else to try and claim the orginal charges plus all the extra charges or do i have to stay with these as they have started it . i fully understand that its all on hold but even when i ring them all i get is that they cant do or say anything until they no its off hold
like most people iam really struggling to make ends meet and my partner is more than likely going to be made redundant in the next few weeks , i really dont no which way to turn
any help would be so appreciated
