Hi,
I moved all of my C drive to my external drive so that I could chnage my OS. All done now and I'm putting things back on to my laptop. Although I can see Microsoft office on my hard drive I cnnot seem to move it back again and make it work ? Is there anything I can do or do I have to buy anothe copy of Office ?

You will have to reinstall it, you can't just move it back and forthIt's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0

You can't just move the program folders for most applications from one drive to another and expect it to work. When something like Office is installed on the machine it makes numerous changes to the hidden side of Windows (known as The Registry) which control how Office works.
You will need to use your Office Disc (assuming you have one ?) to carry out a fresh install.
Alternatively download and install one of the free Office packages (e.g. Open Office)0 -

If you've got the serial number then you could download an iso and use this I believe. Or just use Open Office (free).
