Ebay Payments

Hi

I am sure someone can help me as I am well confused.

I have sold 2 items - EBay says waiting payment so I try to claim payment as checking items shows payment is on its way, but can't as it wants me to register a new Paypal account.

What am I doing wrong?

I have moved this post to a new thread as you'll get more responses.

It rather sounds like your paypal ID and the one you typed into your auction payment box are different, so the buyer has paid to a slightly different address and you need to add that address to your paypal account to collect the money.

Check the auction and make sure the paypal id is exactly right and you have put a capital or a dot where you shouldn't.

Alternatively when you check the auction page make sure it says 'paypal payment made on xxx' as if not it might just mean buyers have sent a cheque.
