Well done on run Sammy-I was planning on the gym after work today but had such a crap sleep last night and the cold is worse today so passed on it-I am going to go tomorrow morning before I go to my Cd counsellor-I will have to see how DD is feeling Sammy, won't be worth me coming to yours if she's a misery.
She has had a fever for the best part of the week but was ok for school-so she said...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Don't worry bunny - my OH is going golfing on the 5th - 8th Feb - might have a mini meet at mine......
As for the run I was quite tired myself after work but I am running with the two girls at work and they are not letting me get out of it...and once I run I feel fantastic so I am always pleased to have done it.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
