Luc, sorry to hear about your childhood. And from what I know of disability pc ness, !!!!!! if used correctly isn't an insult, it's a medical term. Not sure how it works for someone who doesn't have cerebral palsy, but certainly I wouldn't be offended if it was used as a correct description for me.
