Having trouble playing instant win games

I have registered with the National Lottery to buy my chance of winning the £100,000,000 Euromillions draw this week ..anyway..I have weakened and tried to play some instant win games. I am unable to actually play the games..I get an error message saying there was a problem with the game loading. The lottery email help suggests setting my settings so I am notified instantly if I have won or not without playing the game..mmm.. not much fun! Can anyone tell me what I have got to do to be able to play these games? I am guessing I have to change a setting somewhere on my computer to allow it but I am a real computer idiot! I would really appreciate some help...thanks
