Hello there. Only my first post on here but have been watching you guy's for a while now and can I take this opportunity to say hi and congratulate you guy's on running an absolubtly fantastic site here.
Anyway. I am about to move into our new home with my wife and four little darlings :S. The property doesn't have an oven installed it only has a Gas 4 Burner Hob. I am splashing out on what I hope is a good investment in the form of a Dual Fuel Range Type Cooker/Oven and I was wondering if any of you peeps have a rough idea of how much a plumber would cost to install it. Or what I should expect to pay. I don't want to get ripped off thats all.
Thanx

Hi
I guess its a bit late for me but.. We have just bought and in process of installing a dual fuel range.
Gas man we knew through a good friend, He charged me £40 all in to move the gas pipe and install the gas flexitube into the range etc. (Yes he is Corgi registered and I know I got a good deal!) Also Fixed to the wall using a chain etc..
Problem being as its an electric oven, dopey here forgot I need another electrical point installing and this is costing ~ £100 inc vat to extend the existing cooker point.
I think the electrics will be the most expensive part of the equation if you havent already factored this in. As i know its hurting my pocket!
