Suggestion for Feb/Mar warm holiday???

I've been racking my brains and cant think of anywhere nice to go. 2 adults + 2 year old to leave on 25/26th Feb for a week. Need somewhere nice and warm, under 6-7 hours flight and no need for malaria tabs. Don't want Majorca, Tunisia, Luxor but would prefer anything else. Suggestions and hotel names would be appreciated. Also need somewhere where we are not stuck in a resort all day with nowhere to go......

Please help.....!!!!! Want to fly from Luton or Gatwick and price of maximum £450 per person.
