sony memory stick duo adaptor ?

Long post for a simple question..

I recently bought a New Sony camera (W5) and also a Sony Memory Stick 513MB but it is a pro duo (therefore smaller).
I was under the impression that the duo came with the adaptor so you can use it as a standard memory stick .. for my camera, but it didnt

So, I am on the lookout to get the adaptor cheap, and soon.

Saw this on ebay, but it comes with a 16MB card. I assume that this Sony adaptor will work with all size memory cards ?? Can somebody please clarify.
I just want the cheapest way of getting the adaptor.

I know that you can get non-Sony, and am happy to go that route, but wanted some assurance that it wont slow transfer rate also.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Bought a Sony on Ebay for £2.79.
