Web page looks too big !

Sorry about this but I cant work this out. Ive just reinstalled windows and back on line but no matter what setting I go into I cant seem to get my web page to fit in the window like it used to. It seems that the text is slightly too big meaning that I now have scroll left and right to see all the text. I'm sure that I dint have to do this before. Ive tried changing the text size, help and everything I can think of but still no luck.

Any ideas ?

Try holding ctrl and moving your mouse wheel, does that change it?

Nope - Its like every web page doent fit into a wndow properly meaning that I have to annoyingly scroll all of the time. Its doing my eyes in as well !!
