I am curious too: why? And what do you mean 'the best'? If you mean purchases only, see:
Best Cashback Credit Cards
Best Credit Card Rewards
Best Credit Card for Purchases (when you need to borrow to spend)
The cheapest way to spend overseas: save 6%

I'd get a classic Nationwide Visa if I were you. 0% comission charge on foreign currency purchases plus you get added benefits like extra year free warranty on electrical purchases, although not usre if these apply to goods bought from abroad. Nationwide also has very good customer services in my experiences.0 -
Actually, if you aren't going to make use of the introductory interest free period and are going to pay in full every month (making APR meaningless), go for the Nationwide Comic Relief card. Apart from not having an interest free introductory offer and having a higher APR, to the best of my knowledge the terms are the same as the Classic card, but 0.5% of every purchase goes to Comic Relief (in addition to an amount when you open the account).
Might as well give some money to charity at no cost to you...
