Oooo, we're all getting excited!!!!! Hope this weekend ladies get some of this fabulous weather. We've had sunshine yesterday and today so I hope it carries on for the rest of the month

I am a huuuuge Birkinstock fan and have just ordered some lovely sparkly ivory ones to change into for the evening I'm so excited to wear them.

Honest opinions on chinese lanterns. My venue lady has given me a great contact to get some but I'm umming and ahhing. I've never seen them in action for a wedding before and think that it may makes our that little more special. What do you guys think? I'm def not getting 100 as that's way too pricey, but I'm thinking about maybe 50?

Ooo sparkly Birkinstocks...what a great idea Sammy_Girl! The chinese lanterns sound great...I was toying with them for a while - the videos I saw on the internet looked amazing. ow big are the grounds of where you are? Was just thinking maybe you don't even need 50 for it to be really impressive?

Sammy_Girl - the lanterns sound very cool and individual, I am sure they will look lovely!!

Have the wedding rehearsal tonight, ill be handing the pressies out tonight, dont want to make a big show of it on the day but H2B will mention it in his speech that he hopes they like their presents (because traditionalists have told us they should be given on the day so its a compromise)

The weather report now shows good weather on saturday!! Thunder and rain tonight which is what I have prayed for so its out of the way for the weekend yay

Weather forecast is good here for Saturday too! Fingers crossed we won't get rained on.

Oooh i'm half an hour before you so when I am cming out of the ceremony you will be going in!! I am so excited! I was up at 5am- had wedding dreams then couldn't get back to sleep.

lol i cant sleep either altho funnily enuf h2b is laie nxt to me snoring his head off! Oh half an hr b4 me! How exciting is this?! Got looaadds to do today tho! Busy busy busy!

I got some white ones from TJ Hughes last week for £18, and seeing as I can just about totter in my heels, I think the birkenstocks will make an appearance shortly after leaving the church!
