Ah, the horrific Microsoft Works....
Just to clarify, this is NOT the same as Microsoft Word....
However if you can save as Word 97 - 2003 then thats the one to go for and just hope it doesn't screw up when the other person opens it up in proper word.....
OP, I would suggest having a look at Open Office (which is free and like Word) because Works is shocking.....0
